Knowledge management in FSC is defined as the set of actions that favor and promote the creation, organization, exchange and use of knowledge required to increase the impact of his actions.

Promote knowledge management in a way that it can be circulated, transformed and distributed as well as being updated both within and outside the Foundation with the aim of generating processes of innovation, learning and continuous improvement.




3.    PORTFOLIO OF INITIATIVES AND PROCESSES

To achieve the proposed objectives, in line with what is understood as GC at FSC, and with a look from the focus of a logical framework, four components are proposed (figure 2) that represent the services that the strategy must provide to achieve the objectives and contribute to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives mentioned in section 3, especially that of strengthening knowledge through the execution of projects and research.
